The method is this acronym: M.O.R.E.

• M – Mindset
  • Our actions directly come from what we think and the thoughts we have
    • If you think it’s going to be hard
      • It’s going to be hard
  • If you change your mindset you’ll
    • Stop the self destruction cycle of doom and gloom
    • Allow yourself to realize there’s a different option
      • You have to believe that it is possible
        • So that you look for solutions that are possible
  • When you think a thought
    • You will look around to prove that thought
    • You will start to see what you are thinking about all around you

• O – Operations and Strategies
  • We have to breakdown what we want into operations systems and strategies
    • To take us on the journey to show up
    • To get us there
  • It’s like drawing a map or step by step processes
    • It will take us to the next step
  • Step back and take a look at where you are
    • How am I going to get from where I am today to that more than I want?
      • What is the path I need to take?
      • What are the actions I need to take?
      • What strategies do I need to find out so that I can take these steps?

• R – Repeatable Action
  • It’s not enough to just
    • Change your mindset
    • Build operation systems and strategies
  • You can’t give up too soon
  • We need to say, how am I going to take action today to get towards this more?
  • You have to take small steps everyday
    • A small step everyday takes you one step closer

• E – Energetically Aligned
  • Do you like doing it?
  • Is what you’re doing exhausting?
  • Do you have imposter syndrome?
  • Are you quitting before you get to the finish line?
  • We become energetically unaligned when we
    • Use other people’s strategies
    • Use someone else’s mindset
    • Try to plug and play
    • Are trying to do an action that is not sustainable for us
    • Don’t know ourselves or how we want to show up
  • You can have more of that thing, you just need to
    • Customize it for you
    • Tweak it to fit you and your

      • Personality
      • Purpose
      • Energy level
