Why we should declutter

  • Stop doing things that are not impactful or useful in your business
  • Is what you are doing
    • Being impactful
    • Scaling you
    • Is it turning into income
    • Are you getting return on your value
    • Are people responding to your posts
      • Is your social media doing the reach
      • Is your podcast having an impact
  • You are constantly investing in your business whether
    • Time
    • Money
    • Or Both
  • Evaluate what you are investing in with time and money
    • How can you increase that investment to return in a
      • Stronger
      • More impactful life
      • 10x the investment in time
      • 10x the investment with money


How should we declutter?

  • Make a list of the things you have done in the last 6 or 7 months
    • What are the things you are doing every week?
      • Evaluate each one of those things
        • Did I show up?
        • Did I actually do each of those things?
        • Did you do it one time and stop?
          • Because you didn’t see results instantly?
        • Based on your evaluations
          • Do I need to eliminate anything?
            • Is there anything that isn’t bringing ROI
            • Is it not increasing your audience?
            • Not seeing an increase in
              • Your business bottom line
              • Sales
              • Reach
          • If the answer is ‘yes’ to any of the above
            • You need to eliminate it from the list
  • Elevate
    • Maybe something is working in your business
      • You’re growing your audience
      • You’re making those sales
    • It’s time to elevate what’s working
      • Take it to the next level
        • Maybe it’s time to raise the prices
      • How can you elevate the things that are worth your time?
  • Expand
    • Increase my profits in my income
      • What does that look like?
      • What actions do I need to do?
      • Do I need to be getting more sales calls?
      • Do I need to be getting more audience?
      • What are those things that I need to be doing?
    • Do I need to expand my team?
      • Do I need to bring on a team member?
    • Do I need to expand by social media?
    • Do I need to expand my email list?
    • How can I expand it?
    • Do an expansion audit every 6 months
