- Things that you want to update
- Make sure you’re not chasing the newest thing

- Evaluate what isn’t working
- But don’t change it without having
- A clear vision
- Intention of what you want
- For example:
- Are you just wanting more followers and listeners?
- Are you wanting people to take action?
- Are you wanting more subscribers?

- Your rebrand and pivot reflects your long term commitment to growth
- We can not predict changes will help in our long term growth if we are
- Making quick pivots
- Constantly changing
- Rebranding without having real intentions
- Flying off the seat of our pants
- Trying new things constantly
- Be aware of the changes you decide to make
- Commit to doing it for more than 3 months
- Be able to know if it worked
- Know if it is making an impact
- Make sure you can commit to it long term
- Do you actually want to be doing the new ‘thing’

- What are my intentions
- Have I read the data
- What is the data telling me
- What are my feelings telling me
- Is something true or not true based on the data
- Are you going to commit to the change
- Can you commit to 3 to 6 months or longer
