Ep. 92 Using boundaries to grow and expand your business
with Lani Jackson
This episode is about boundaries, why they’re so important, and who you need to have boundaries with.
It is so important to set clear boundaries and have them in place so that you are not interrupted and you can maximize your time – so that you’re not stretched thin. Also so that you don’t feel used or taken advantage of because no one wants to feel used or taken advantage of. No one wants to feel the feeling of people just not respecting them or being on call all the time, because you’re not, and should not be on call all the time!
At some point we have to put up a boundary. We have to give ourselves permission that not everything is an emergency and that not everything has to have our attention every second of every day.
“As entrepreneurs, it is a never ending job. Just like being a mom. Life is a never ending job. And at some point we have to say something can wait until tomorrow.
At some point we have to give ourselves permission that not everything is an emergency and that not everything has to have our attention every second of every day.”
