If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us you may be eligible for a refund on digital products and resources purchased.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request to hello@lanijackson.com within 7 days of purchased digital product. 

After the 7 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks of purchase to ensure it fits your needs. 

All coaching products are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.
