Ep. 88 Are you treating your business like a hobby, side hustle, or a legit business?

with Lani Jackson

One of the big game changer steps that you can do as an entrepreneur is to really treat your business like a business.

And I’m going to talk about that today. How can I be sure that I’m treating my business like a business with the expectations that are clear and attainable and are going to take me to that next level?

“So if you’ve not made a business plan or you’re not sure how to start, I would say the first thing you need to do is to outline your mission.

What is the goal that you have for your business? Do you have a marketing strategy? And that’s a very basic core.”
